Your Library Card

Who can get a library card, how to apply, and how to use your library card.

If you do not have a library card, please stop in and ask to fill out an application at the circulation desk.  We will ask you for your name, address, phone number and ask you to provide proof of address.  If you are under 14, you will need a signature from your parent or guardian.

At the Traer Public Library, we use family cards, so if anyone in your household has a card, we do not issue another one.  Every member of the household may use the card.  If you do not have your card with you, we are able to look up your information on our computer.
