Geri-Fit is offered at the library on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:00pm. At this time class size is limited to 16 participants. The first 16 who show up will have a place in that day's class. Our normal attendance is 11-12, so there is usually an empty chair. You need to bring a set of 2 or 3 pound dumbells, a stretch band, and a bottle of water.
