Fit and Feisty
Fit and Feisty is offered at the library on Mondays and Wednesdays at 1:00pm. We offer a variety of exercises, so you will never be bored! The exercises can also be performed in either a standing or a sitting position, so are appropriate for all fitness levels. You need to bring a set of 2 or 3 pound dumbells, a stretch band, and a bottle of water.
